munkajog vil\u00e1ga folyamatos \u00e1talakul\u00e1son megy kereszt\u00fcl, amelyet az elm\u00falt \u00e9vek kifejezetten felgyors\u00edtottak. A COVID-19 v\u00edrus \u00e9s az ezt megf\u00e9kezni sz\u00e1nd\u00e9koz\u00f3 karant\u00e9n az otthoni munkav\u00e9gz\u00e9st helyezte el\u0151t\u00e9rbe, \u00edgy gyakorlatilag tipikuss\u00e1 v\u00e1lt egy, a Munka T\u00f6rv\u00e9nyk\u00f6nyv\u00e9ben atipikusk\u00e9nt sz\u00e1montartott munkviszony-forma: a t\u00e1vmunkav\u00e9gz\u00e9s. The COVID-19 virus and the quarantine aimed at curbing it have put the spotlight on working from home, so remote work, a form of employment relationship that is considered atypical in the Hungarian Labour Code, has become virtually typical. Abstract The world of labour law is in constant change, which has been accelerated in recent years. The COVID-19 virus and the quarantine aimed at curbing it have put the spotlight on working from home, so remote work, a form of employment relationship that is considered atypical in the Hungarian Labour Code, has become virtually typical. This type of atypical employment relationship has subsequently undergone major changes, as a result of which it is important to clarify its characteristics and classification in Hungarian labour law, comparing it with the relevant foreign and EU examples, so that we can properly assess and classify this type of employment relationship, which has since then \u201cspread like a virus\u201d, and to understand whether it is really an employment relationship or a civil law relationship that is being overlooked.
