This question is not a problem of the 21th century, but finding the solution became crucial in the past few decades. Digitalizaton and Web 3.0. mixed up boundaries between work and private life as well as among multiply categories of workers and created new phenomenon like crowdwork and work on demand via applications. The regulation of the above needs valiant and creative perspective from legislators. Is there an intermediate category between employers and self-employers, and if it exists, does it deserve the whole protection of labour law? Is the level of protection adequate nowadays? What kind of regulatory concept can be the key to appropriate legislation? Abstract Is it possible for legislation to keep up with social and economical changes aroun us? This question is not a problem of the 21th century, but finding the solution became crucial in the past few decades. Digitalizaton and Web 3.0. mixed up boundaries between work and private life as well as among multiply categories of workers and created new phenomenon like crowdwork and work on demand via applications. The regulation of the above needs valiant and creative perspective from legislators.
