id=\"absztrakt\">Absztrakt<\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>A civil t\u00e1rsadalom tev\u00e9kenys\u00e9ge napjainkban egyre ink\u00e1bb hat\u00e1ssal van t\u00e1rsadalmunkra, ha a politik\u00e1r\u00f3l, a gazdas\u00e1gr\u00f3l \u00e9s a jogi k\u00e9pviseletr\u0151l van sz\u00f3. A tanulm\u00e1ny c\u00e9lja annak vizsg\u00e1lata, hogy a civil szervezetek milyen m\u00f3don k\u00e9pviselik magukat a nemzetk\u00f6zi alapjogv\u00e9delem, teh\u00e1t a nemzetk\u00f6zi szervezetekn\u00e9l val\u00f3 jogi k\u00e9pviselet ter\u00fclet\u00e9n. Az egyes \u00e1llamok \u00e1ltal elk\u00f6vetett emberi jogi jogs\u00e9rt\u00e9sek eset\u00e9ben a civil szervezetek sz\u00e1mos form\u00e1ban jelentkeztek, hogy seg\u00edtsenek a polg\u00e1roknak jogaik \u00e9rv\u00e9nyes\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9ben. The aim of this study is to examine the way in which civil society organisations represent themselves in the field of fundamental international legal protection, i.e. legal representation before international organisations. In the case of human rights violations committed by individual states, NGOs have come forward in a variety of forms to assist citizens in asserting their rights. Given the fact that the NGO sector is not predominantly state-funded but rather a grassroots sector (except mainly in the Central European region, where increased state funding is a necessary consequence of the political history of the region), the question arises: are the activities of NGOs for the (public) good of society or for the will of their main supporters? As part of this, I will examine the following questions. How are NGOs represented in international organisations such as the Council of Europe or the United Nations? Are they able to influence the organisation and damage the reputation of a country? Abstract Today, the activities of civil society have an increasing impact on our society when it comes to politics, economics and legal representation. The aim of this study is to examine the way in which civil society organisations represent themselves in the field of fundamental international legal protection, i.e. legal representation before international organisations. In the case of human rights violations committed by individual states, NGOs have come forward in a variety of forms to assist citizens in asserting their rights. Given the fact that the NGO sector is not predominantly state-funded but rather a grassroots sector (except mainly in the Central European region, where increased state funding is a necessary consequence of the political history of the region), the question arises: are the activities of NGOs for the (public) good of society or for the will of their main supporters? As part of this, I will examine the following questions. How are NGOs represented in international organisations such as the Council of Europe or the United Nations?
